Mr. Praveen Kadle is the Chairman of Tata AutoComp Systems Limited, which is Tata Group’s arm in auto component business. An Honours Graduate in Commerce & Accountancy from the Bombay University, Mr. Kadle is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Mr. Kadle has been working with the Tata Group for the last 28 years, first being Chief Financial Officer of Tata’s Joint Venture with IBM in India for five years, then with Tata Motors Limited as Vice President (Finance). In 2001, Mr. Kadle was appointed as Executive Director – Finance and Corporate Affairs on the Board of Tata Motors Limited. During his tenure with Tata Motors Limited, Mr. Kadle played a major role in the turnaround and growth of Tata Motors and was also instrumental in the turnaround and financial restructuring of Tata Finance Limited.
Mr. Kadle played a major role in Tata Motors acquisition of Daewoo Truck in 2003 and Jaguar Land Rover in 2008. In 2008, Mr Kadle started Tata Capital Limited which was Group’s re-entry into financial services which he managed till 31st March 2018. Over the last 10 years, Mr Kadle made Tata Capital Limited into a successful full-fledged corporate and retail leading and private equity arm for the Tata Group.
Prior to joining Tata Group, Mr Kadle worked as an Executive Director at Garware Walls Ropes Limited, from 1985 till 1991. Mr. Kadle is a member of the Board on various Tata and non-Tata companies and is actively involved with various public charitable institutions notably as the Board Member and Honorary Treasurer of Child Rights & You (CRY).
Mr. Kadle has been awarded with several recognitions for his contribution to Tata Motors Limited, prominent being ‘CNBC-TV 18’s Country’s best performing CFO in the Auto & Auto Ancillaries sector for 2006’, ‘The Best CFO of the year 2005 in India’ by Business Today, ‘CFO of the year 2004’ by IMA (formerly known as Economist Intelligence Unit) etc. In 2015, Mr. Kadle, was awarded the prestigious “Indian Business Leader of the year” by Horasis- the Global visions community an independent international organisation.

Asia Growth Capital Advisors (Singapore) Pvt. Ltd.
Harjit Bhatia founded Asia Growth Capital Advisors (AGCA) in August 2010 as a spin-off business from Credit Suisse Bank in Asia. AGCA is a private equity firm, headquartered in Singapore, with offices/affiliates in Mumbai, Hong Kong, Seoul and Shanghai. AGCA is registered with MAS and holds Capital Markets license.
Till July 2010, Mr. Bhatia was the Chairman and founding Managing Partner of Credit Suisse Private Equity Asia, a pan Asian fund sponsored by Credit Suisse as the exclusive investment vehicle in the region with international investors. Harjit joined Credit Suisse in April 2007 from Ritchie Capital Management (RCM) where he was Chairman and CEO, Asia Pacific and led RCM’s expansion into private equity investing in the Asia Pacific region. From July 2012 to November 2014, Mr. Bhatia also led and managed Asia Opportunities Fund II (originally sponsored by AIG) and related AIA co- investment programs, as Managing Partner & CEO at Pine Bridge Asia Partners.
Prior to RCM, Mr. Bhatia spent 11 years at General Electric Company (GE) in senior leadership positions, most recently as President and CEO of GE Corporate Financial Services in Asia Pacific. While at GE, Harjit pioneered and founded one of the first dedicated private equity investment programs in Asian private equity (1997-2002) across Asia Pacific with offices in Tokyo, Sydney, Mumbai, New Delhi, Jakarta, Singapore, and Hong Kong with focus on investing in growth sectors.
From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Bhatia led GE’s Asia-Pacific business (Global Financial Restructuring Business) focused on providing structured solutions to banks through distressed asset acquisition and broad corporate financial services, managing investment and portfolio management teams across offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taipei, Beijing, Seoul, Bangkok, and Delhi. Prior to working at GE, Mr. Bhatia founded and led Deutsche Bank’s investment banking business in New Delhi (1991-1994), and worked at the State Bank of India (India’s largest commercial bank) for 18 years in various leadership positions in India and abroad (Japan and Italy), including being part of the team which founded India’s largest investment bank SBI Caps.
Overall, Mr. Bhatia has over 45 years of broad management experience across corporate lending, private equity, stressed assets investing, corporate finance, infrastructure, and international finance. Harjit has sat on the Boards of several portfolio companies in the region during his career. He is well known in the industry and is a frequent participant /speaker at industry dialogues and conferences. He is currently on the Asian Advisory Council of Global Emerging Markets Private Equity Association. Mr. Bhatia is also an advisor to CPPIB for their infrastructure investments in India through their investment company he helped set up in Singapore. He also sits on the Board Of Trustees of SINDA (Patron Mr. Lee H Loong PM of Singapore and Chairman Mr. Tharman, former Dy. Prime Minister and now Senior Minister in charge of public policy). He also sits on the Board of International Asset Reconstruction Company (majority owned by Blackstone with HDFC Bank and Tata Capital as co- investors).
Mr. Bhatia holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India and a Master of Commerce from the University of Allahabad, Allahabad, India. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Bhatia obtained a “Green Belt” certification under GE’s Six Sigma Quality Program. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Mr. Vikas Nanda has been an Independent Director of IARC since its inception and has guided the business through its various transitions. He has been a member of Boards of Directors of various private, international, and listed companies from 2001 onwards, and currently chairs the Risk and Audit committees for 3 such Boards, including IARC.
Mr. Nanda has a rich experience in corporate and MSME lending across sectors, and in managing business operations while upholding principles of corporate governance. He has held senior management positions in State Bank of India and in foreign banks, including as Corporate Banking Head for Bank of America and American Express in India. He has helped build 3 financial services businesses from the ground up as MD/ CEO in a period spanning 15 years. He was the MD & CEO of Bibby Financial Services India, a business he established in 2007 in partnership with Bibby Line Group, UK, and managed it till 2017. During this period, he was also Director of Asia Pacific Board of Bibby Financial Services and assisted in managing greenfield investments in Hong Kong and Singapore, and in the oversight and subsequent sale of its Australia subsidiary.
Mr. Nanda advises various small and medium enterprises in successfully upscaling and transforming their businesses.

Mr. Anurag Das is Managing Director & CEO of International Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited and directly leads its investment efforts. Over 2 (two) decades in the field of distressed and credit investing, he has led investments in some of the most complex global insolvencies across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with leading distressed investment firms including Rain Tree Capital, King Street and Bain Capital Credit. Involved from the outset with India’s new insolvency regime, he serves on the Board of Governors of INSOL India, and several industry committees and task forces. Anurag holds a Harvard MBA, a BA in Politics & Economics from Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, and a B.Sc. Honours in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Luv Parikh is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities Group in Singapore. Mr. Parikh is involved in sourcing and executing transactions in Asia-Pacific. Since joining Tactical Opportunities, he has been involved in Blackstone’s investments in Future Lifestyle Fashions (India), Partners Life (New Zealand), DCI Data Centers (pan-Asia) and International Asset Reconstruction Company (Indian NPL platform). Prior to Tactical Opportunities, Mr. Parikh was a Principal (and an Associate) in Blackstone’s Private Equity Group in Mumbai where he was involved in Blackstone’s investments in Trans Maldivian Airways, NCC, Monnet Ispat, Nuziveedu Seeds, among others. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Parikh was at Lehman Brothers in New York, where he was a part of the Financial Sponsors, Leveraged Finance and Corporate Advisory teams within investment banking. Prior to Lehman, Mr. Parikh was the CEO of an automobile distributorship company in India where he led a successful turnaround in the company’s profitability. Mr. Parikh started his career at Prudential Securities in the Private Equity Placements Group.
Mr. Parikh received a BS in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. He also received an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2006, where he was a recipient of the Board of Overseers Fellowship and graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society.

Kishore Moorjani is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Asia efforts for Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities Group.
Before joining Blackstone, Kishore was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Credit Asia Capital, an Asian special situations investment firm he established in partnership with the Blackstone Strategic Alliance Fund. Prior to that, he launched the Asia business for D.B. Zwirn, a $5 billion special situations investment firm, and held senior positions at Colony Capital’s Asia business. Kishore has worked across Asia since 1995 having lived in Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Taiwan. Kishore received an MBA and a BBA (honors) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.
He currently serves on the boards of Arena Living, Emergent Logistics, International Asset Reconstruction Company, La Trobe Financial and Partners Life Limited. Kishore is a Member of the Dean’s Global Advisory Council at Schulich School of Business and an Advisor to the Investment Committee of the Singapore Management University’s Endowment.
